Description:

The consultant's responsibilities include leading current projects and working with project managers to develop new business in a fast-paced and demanding environment in addition to the implementation of a PDA software.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Individual must have strong analytical skills, including expertise in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Word), and financial data analysis.
• Excellent written communication skill.
• All or some combination of project management, public speaking, research methodologies, public health or mental health financing, Medicaid/Medicare program/policy, PDA related experience required.
• Must be willing to travel.
