Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to write and prepare cost allocation plans on behalf of PCG clients.
  • Lead efforts to prepare and negotiate indirect cost rates.
  • Support and assist with proposal development related to cost allocation plans, indirect cost rates, and related projects.
  • Assist with conducting training seminars on related topics and securing new business in this area.
  • Collaborate on other PCG projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • BA Degree, Masters preferred in Business, Public Administration, or Accounting.
  • 5+ Years Experience in Health Care Reimbursement, Public Sector Consulting, Rate Setting, Cost Accounting, and/or Cost Allocation (preferably with public assistance cost allocation plans or indirect cost rates).
  • Familiar with Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-87, Medicare and Medicaid Cost Principles, and/or cost allocation methodologies used by government agencies and/or health facilities.
  • Knowledge of the Federal Medicaid program and other health and human services programs, including Food Stamps, Title IV-E, Title IV-B, and Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF).
  • Ability to manage multiple staff and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access programs.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience delivering training and/or training seminars.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Overtime and travel (approximately 50%) are required.
