Description:

Business Analyst  will work in a  fast-paced, high growth public finance practice area.  This is an ideal position for successful candidates to learn how government programs operate and how to affect improvements.

Business Analysts are fast learners who work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, with immediate exposure to financial operations, program design and account management.  Opportunity exists for involvement in proposal writing efforts and new program launch activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations.
  • Project Management Assistance.
  • Client Communications.
  • Data Analysis and Database Management.
  • Business Process Design and Evaluation.
  • Proposal Writing.

Qualifications:

  •  A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  •  Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products - PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Database skills - SQL knowledge a plus.
  • Some travel and non-traditional hours required.
  • General knowledge of state and local government, Medicaid, budgeting, and business administration is a plus.
