Description:
The Senior Associate will be part of a team that is a recognized leader in the area of adolescent literacy; responsible for marketing, service delivery, and ongoing refinement of the School-wide Program for Improving Reading and Learning (SPIRAL) program.

Qualifications:
Doctorate preferred. Extensive background in high school reading and education reform as well as teaching or administrative experience at the high school level. Strong analytical thinker with excellent writing and presentation skills who is highly committed to improving education through a focus on literacy. Must be able to analyze data on school-wide literacy capacity and work collaboratively with district and school teams to develop implementation plans for literacy improvement.
