How does it work?

• Print out the FAX cover sheet in EasyIEP™
• Use your school’s fax machine to fax the document you want to store to the number provided
• EasyIEP™ will automatically convert the fax to an Adobe® PDF document and store it in EasyIEP™ on the student’s document page
• Staff will have access to all scanned documents in EasyIEP™’s virtual filing cabinet
