PCG is a proven vendor for outsourced operations of state child welfare agencies. We perform numerous day-to-day operations for state agencies, including but not limited to:

Among Our Projects:
- Since project inception, PCG has increased entitlement revenue receipts for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services by $110 million while decreasing the cost of the project. As a result, for every dollar the state spends on this project, return on investment has increased from $11 in SFY 1993 to $54 in SFY2007.
- To date, PCG has passed reviews of its processing of Massachusetts Department of Social Services Title IV-E claims and Medicaid case management and rehab claims with 100 percent accuracy.
- PCG developed a database for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that uses logic to identify error forms in the state’s Title IV-E eligibility determinations.
- PCG helped the State of Rhode Island prepare for and pass an ACF primary audit. PCG also performed a comprehensive review of the State’s Title II/Title XVI accounting operations for best case practice, federal compliance, and quality assurance purposes.
- PCG provided Washington, DC with a new policy and procedures manual on Title IV-E and Medicaid TCM and residential rehabilitation. PCG also developed quality assurance procedures and assisted with implementation.
- PCG helped the State of Missouri prepare for its ACF Title IV-E audit and assisted during the audit.
