Among our Projects:

PCG helped 11 agencies in the State of Connecticut to implement a strategic plan to increase the employment rate of people with disabilities by mapping the major state level processes and programs associated with moving people with disabilities to employment.  Following the initial project, PCG developed a website that enables individuals to search for transition services.
