President and Chief Executive Officer
Bill Mosakowski founded PCG in 1986, combining his entrepreneurial business interests with a growing expertise in public sector fiscal and operational management. The firm quickly grew from a three-person operation to a highly successful company with over 700 employees in 28 offices around the U.S. and in Montreal, Canada. As president and CEO, Bill oversees day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives for the firm. Bill holds a BA in political science from Clark University and currently serves as chairman of the Clark University Board of Trustees.
