PCG's benefits package reflects our commitment to our staff as well as the communities we serve. We offer a comprehensive selection of programs and resources to support the wellbeing and individual growth of every employee.
Benefits are organized as follows:
Health and Wellness
Medical, Dental, and Vision
Benefit eligible employees are offered medical, dental and vision insurance on their first day of employment. PCG has a choice of two medical plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield that offer both in-network and out-of-network coverage. Staff may choose between three coverage levels. Dental Insurance is also provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. The vision coverage is through EyeMed.
Wellness Program Incentive
If certain wellness activities are completed by employees in the Company health plan, PCG provides a monthly wellness incentive credit to start in Jan of each calendar year and end in September to a maximum of $500 per plan year.
Domestic Partner Coverage
PCG provides a domestic partner health benefit for both same and opposite gender partners. The relationship must be established for at least six months and requires valid documentation.
Employees that choose to participate in a non-PCG sponsored group medical plan may qualify for a quarterly reimbursement of up to $750 ($3,000 per calendar year) toward the cost of their medical premium (proof of coverage and payment required).
Basic Life Insurance

Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance
STD insurance, provided through CIGNA, is available to all benefit-eligible employees at no cost. In the event of a non-occupational illness or injury, this benefit provides income replacement of 66.6% of an employee’s basic weekly earnings, to a maximum of $1,500 per week. Waiting periods apply.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
LTD insurance, provided through CIGNA is available to all benefit-eligible employees. This benefit provides income replacement of 60% of an employee’s basic monthly earnings, to a maximum of $7,500 per month. Employees may elect to allow PCG to cover the full cost of LTD, or may opt to pay their own premium in order to avoid paying taxes on any benefit payments.
AFLAC offers a variety of voluntary employee-pay-all customized policies that cover accidents, cancer, and short-term disability. The policies are designed to pay cash benefits directly to employees to help with loss of income, deductibles and co-pays, unexpected medical bills and day-to-day living expenses like mortgages, car payments, childcare, and more. Employee premiums may be payroll deducted.

Paid Parental Leave
Eligible employees* receive up to 20 weeks of paid maternity leave and up to 12 weeks of paid parental or adoption leave, subject to certain wage caps. Employee Growth, Engagement, and Additional Perks
PCG University offers a number of video, on-line and on-site courses focused on general administrative, supervisory and consulting skills development.
Clark University MBA Program
PCG fully supports this 2-3 year part-time MBA program. This is a lock-step program and upon a current program's completion and sufficient consulting staff interest, PCG may choose to begin another cohort. Approximately 25 students are accepted into each cohort and only one cohort is supported at a time. Application to the program is subject to Management approval and consulting staff are given priority. A two-year post-graduate employment commitment is required of all employees who participate in the Clark MBA program in order to eliminate any tuition repayment obligation.
Clark University is a teaching and research institution founded in 1887. Clark is the oldest graduate institution in the United States. Clark is one of only three New England universities, with Harvard and Yale, to be a founding member of the prestigious Association of American Universities.
In partnership with Clark University, PCG offers an on-site MBA Program. In working with the faculty from the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) at Clark, we have designed a curriculum, which focuses on 'applied' skill building and course content related to health care, government and E-commerce. In order to remain competitive in the consulting industry, it is clear that our staff need a solid knowledge base in these areas. Through this partnership, PCG provides an excellent learning experience which recognizes the need to balance work and career development in a flexible, collegial and time-efficient manner.
PCG Cares is an employee and community engagement program focused on two areas: volunteering and office culture. As part of the PCG Cares program, all full-time employees are encouraged to volunteer up to 32 hours each fiscal year to work with and support the communities PCG serves. Employees across PCG’s more than 60 offices are also empowered to establish local PCG Cares Committees to coordinate and manage events that support the community and create an atmosphere of appreciation in the office.
