To assess and improve compliance and coding management for this large, state-funded teaching hospital.

By implementing internal controls to provide accurate, consistent, and sustainable operational improvement, PCG Health was able to create a highly responsive infrastructure that emphasized compliance and audit protection.

• Improved quality of consultation documentation from 11% compliant to 73% compliant;
• Improved frequency of billing for inpatient professional services in 82% of clinicians trained;
