Since project inception, PCG Human Services has increased entitlement revenue receipts for MA Department of Social Services by $110 million while decreasing the cost of the project. As a result, for every dollar the state spends on this project, return on investment has increased from $11 in SFY 1993 to $54 in SFY2007.
