Cathy Anderson, a senior advisor with PCG Human Services, brings to the position more than 30 years of experience working in a variety of leadership roles for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across the United States. For the past four years, Ms. Anderson served as Deputy Director for the District of Columbia's Developmental Disabilities Administration.
