Help Desk is our tracking and management system for supporting our customers. Designed for administrators and teachers, product users can log on, submit questions and get rapid help through a web portal.

Help Desk provides a historical record of issues and allows users to search and recall pertinent information. This greatly improves problem solving time as step-by-step instructions are included to explicate issue solutions. Items such as announcements, release notes, and training manuals can be found within our Help Desk system.
