Boston, MA, June, 2012 – PCG Education recently contracted with Connections Education, a subsidiary of Pearson, to implement a special education data management system for Connections schools in six states, with possible future roll-outs. Connections operates K-12 online public schools in 22 states which are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to brick-and-mortar schools. Connections serves a wide range of students, including those with special needs, and the company expects its student population to grow at a rate of approximately 20 percent per year.
