Individual Provider One Medicaid claim billing system to replace Social Service Payment System for 40,000 in-home workers in Washington State

BOSTON, Feb. 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On March 1, 2016 PCG Public Partnerships, LLC., and Washington State will implement a new billing and payroll system for individual in-home personal care and respite Medicaid claims. The system, called Individual Provider One (IPOne), is an online, electronic system designed to make claims easier for providers. It will also comply with federal laws as well as the requirements of the SEIU collective bargaining requirement for bi-monthly payments.
