Sacramento, CA, May, 2009 -  PCG Technology Consulting/Eclipse Solutions was awarded a contract amendment to its California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) Strategic Offender Management System (SOMS) Technical Project Management contract.  The contract amendment has been issued to add a sub Project Management resource to the project and to increase the amount of hours dedicated to risk, issue and change management.  For more information: pcgtechnology@publicconsultinggroup.com
