The State of Missouri, Department of Social Services, Division of Youth Services (DYS) has awarded two financial optimization contracts to PCG Human Services. Last year, PCG successfully helped Missouri to gain Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approval for a new Medicaid program for rehabilitative services provided by DYS. Missouri DYS has been recognized by the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the New York Times as the foremost state juvenile justice agency, leading in the reform movement to rehabilitate delinquent youth.
