Harrisburg, PA, Dec. 2010 – The Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW) has passed its most recent federal Title IV-E eligibility review. PCG Human Services began a Title IV-E compliance projects with DPW in 2007 and is tasked with visiting all 67 counties at least twice annually to make sure counties are correctly performing Title IV-E eligibility determinations.
