Tallahassee, FL, January, 2012 – The Florida Department of Education has contracted with PCG Education to support 10 rural school districts to build internal leadership capacity to assist in their school turnaround efforts. The 18-month project includes development, dissemination, and use of customized training modules and a rural leadership model for the state of Florida. PCG is partnering with three FL consortia partners to provide onsite professional development and strategic planning support to leadership teams in the participating district.
