Providing payroll services to nearly 40,000 in-home providers
BOSTON, Feb. 23, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PCG Public Partnerships, LLC, opened its new SeaTac Multi-Lingual / Multi-Cultural Call Center on November 2, 2015. This center supports the upcoming Washington State Department of Social and Health Services self-direction program, Individual Provider One (IPOne), which will launch in March of 2016. This program will provide payroll services in support of nearly 40,000 in-home providers. The SeaTac call center is currently available to support providers as they learn to use the Individual Provider One System.
Because of the unique demographics of Washington State, Sea-Tac Call Center supports twelve different languages internally, and utilizes on-demand translation resources for the other languages that may be needed through AT&T Language Line. SeaTac supports English, Russian, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Ukrainian, Korean, Somali, Cambodian, Arabic, Tagalog, and Lao with a staff of fifty local representatives. Spanish is supported out of the Public Partnership's Phoenix Call Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Additional languages are planned as customer demand dictates. Unique to this operation, all of the call center staff hired in the facility are required to be bilingual in one of the target languages.
Following the Washington implementation, the SeaTac Call Center is envisioned to not only expand its services to PCG Public Partnerships' other state contracts where alternate languages enhance our services, but to also provide language services for other Public Consulting Group practice areas. Services of the SeaTac Call Center will also be offered to interested third parties. This operation represents an exciting addition to the Public Consulting Group inventory of differentiating services.
