Public Partnerships' Amy Sayler, Shane Moodyman and Cheryl Marsh are spearheading the Phoenix office's volunteer efforts to celebrate PCG's 30-year anniversary. As part of the firm wide "30...for Thirty Years" community service initiative, Phoenix staff have set the impressive goal of rallying 30 volunteers for each of the office's upcoming volunteer activities.
Recently, a team of Public Partnerships staff participated in the 23rd annual Serve-a-Thon, where they helped create a more accessible outdoor community space at Valley Life, a group home for adults with disabilities. During the Serve-a-Thon, the team helped with creating a paver patio area, painting a house, building a picnic bench, planting trees and more. Their efforts helped to create a nicer, more comfortable outdoor area for Valley Life's residents.
Other upcoming events include packing emergency food boxes at St. Mary's Food Bank and spending time with local shelter dogs at Maricopa County Animal Care and Control.
