TC wins MITA information architecture work in California

PCG Technology Consulting (TC) was awarded a new contract to provide an information/data architecture team to assist the California Department of Health Care Services (CA DHCS) in their efforts to advance the California State Medicaid Enterprise towards higher levels of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) maturity. During the next 18 months, the PCG team will help CA DHCS coordinate the standardization of meaningful information from its many data sources, to improve efficiency and performance in data collection, analysis, and reporting. The efforts will allow CA DHCS to more effectively and accurately administer the Medicaid program and meet federal requirements, including Health Information Exchange standards.

 

The PCG TC service delivery team includes Dwayne Carter and Ryan Tan (both Sacramento) and PCG’s strategic partner, Renee Taylor Consulting. The expected completion date for this 18 month project is April 2017.
