Workshop session on effective planning and conducting an internal evaluation process

The internal evaluation has been imposed on Polish schools by the Pedagogical Supervision Act of 2009 which lists a set of requirements that schools must abide. During this workshop PCG helped the schools:

  • discover problem areas
  • diagnose barriers to improvement, and
  • define an action plan to address the identified problems and their root causes
  • form the underlying methodology to plan a sustainable improvement in school.
  • improve three strategic capacity areas which have the greatest impact on school improvement: data use, collaboration, action planning and implementation.
