PCG is organizing a series of training session for schools.
Public Consulting Group invites you to take part in our new training program: Internal Evaluation based on Effective Data Use Methods that consists of 6 one-day sessions.
PCG offers:
- In-depth analysis of educational data and an effective diagnosis of the identified problem
- Formulating an improvement strategy and a work plan
- Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Support in the internal evaluation process and school management.
During the consecutive sessions, based on the data available at your school, the participating school directors and teachers will analyze and think through a chosen problematic area. In their school, they will diagnose the causes of the issues, and plan an improvement strategy based on the collected data.
Training participants will be guided by experienced experts in going through the process of solving the identified problems. PCG’s specialists will provide individual support and expertise to build competences of the participating school teams.

In response to the requirements set by the 2009 Pedagogical Supervision Act, PCG has developed
a suite of services to effectively plan and conduct an internal evaluation process and support schools
to prepare for an external evaluation. PCG offers also programs for building foundational competences in schools which support the development of a sustainable culture of improvement to achieve startegically defined goals. Our innovative solutions help school recognize their strenghts and identify areas for improvement to systemically improve overall school effectiveness and student performance.

PCG helps schools discover problem areas, diagnose barriers to improvement, and define an action plan to implement effective solutions. Our methodology is based on a three step data-driven theory of action including: Discovery, Diagnosis, and Doing. Data is used throught the process to provide valuable insights for making strategic decisions. These phases are designed to be conducted by school teams and can be used multiple times throughout the year to address various improvement areas.

PCG offers consulting services to assist schools in assessing the level of their preparedness for
an external evaluation of school performance and accountability. PCG offers a proven auditing methodology, operational and organizational protocols, tools to conduct well-structured preview audits, as well as reports that identify areas of strength and weakness that inlcude conclusions and recommendations for schools.

We introduce an outcome-oriented approach that uses data-driven decision making based on external exams’ data, educational value added data, internal and external evaluation data, as well as any other data that help to effectively diagnose supportive and restraining factors of students’ progress. To establish a sustainable culture of data use, PCG offers schools proven data use models, tools, processes, and methodologies to support a systemic aproach to school improvement, which include:

The Pedagogical Supervision Act emphasizes the need to create school project teams to collaborate on enacting school improvement through rigorous internal evaluation and in response to external evaluation findings.
