On July 8, the Office of Adolescent Health (OAH), which oversees adolescent pregnancy prevention evaluation efforts, along with the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation (ASPE), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and Administration for Children and Families (ACF) requested comments on information collection activities for adolescent pregnancy prevention evaluation.

The proposed activity specifically involves collecting follow-up data from a self-administered questionnaire; the analysis will help to determine program effects.
