Outsourcing & Operations

You have a mission to achieve: keeping children and youth safe and building strong families. But achieving that mission requires complying with extensive policies, rules, regulations and laws, paying bills, running payroll, maintaining facilities, securing data, and more—all of which places a heavy burden on your ability to achieve your core mission.

PCG proudly partners with child welfare organizations to ease that burden. By turning operational functions over to PCG, you can direct more resources toward your mission-critical work.

Services include

Revenue and Budget Management

Provider Licensing and Oversight

PCG can conduct licensing and compliance reviews for contracted provider agencies associated with licensing requirements; contract requirements; or federal program requirements. We can conduct site visits and reviews to monitor compliance and provide reports along with training and technical assistance for identified issues. Additionally, we can help states to develop streamlined licensing and oversight processes—from how to collect and manage data to monitoring programs effectively.

Quality Assurance and Data Validation

PCG can assist child welfare agencies with leveraging the power of their administrative and qualitative data—to develop and monitor the performance of program goals and continuous quality improvement efforts. These goals can be the result of a Child & Family Services Review (CFSR), an internal review process, or external requirements, such as a settlement agreement or consent decree.

We has extensive experience working with child welfare agencies to develop robust processes and quality standards that meet state and federal audit and reporting requirements.
