Public Consulting Group (PCG) is proud to announce that we have been selected as one of the winners of RippleMatch’s 2024 Campus Forward Awards, specifically for having a Top 50 Small Early Career Program. Award applicants were evaluated based on their approach to university recruitment, use of technology, candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, and entry-level programming.
This is the second year that PCG has been selected in the Campus Forward Awards. We were also previously included in RippleMatch’s 2021 NextGen 100 Award, which recognizes employers who empower Generation Z professionals to thrive.

PCG was chosen specifically for our annual summer internship program, where interns spend 10 weeks gaining hands-on experience within public sector areas. Our 2023 Summer Internship Program welcomed 41 interns representing over 40 colleges and university across 20 states nationwide.
We also earned high accolades for our commitment to diversity and inclusion. By partnering with HBCU Networks and offering multiple company Employee Resource Groups, PCG aims to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports, and celebrates diversity in the workplace.
