Congratulations Phoebe Kelleher!

Announcing our FY24 EPIC Awards Winner for Passion!

PCG’s quarterly employee recognition program, EPIC Awards, is designed to help bring the firm’s four core tenets—Entrepreneurial Spirit, Passion, Impact, and Community—to life in a tangible way. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Phoebe Kelleher has been selected as PCG’s newest EPIC Awards winner in recognition of her Passion for engaging and serving others, both within and outside of PCG.

Since joining PCG in December 2022, Phoebe has been a project manager in the Health Policy and Program Evaluation (HPPE) team. In this role, she manages workstreams across multiple projects efficiently and thoughtfully. However, she goes above and beyond not only by being an eager team player who steps up when needed, but also by fostering an environment that empowers and motivates her team to succeed.

“Phoebe’s passion for her work comes across clearly every day. The thought and effort she put into facilitating clients and workgroup meetings for our Indiana Home Health project has helped keep meetings on track, while ensuring that participants’ wide-ranging input is captured. Her facilitation talent has ensured that all meetings are productive and that the project continues to move forward,” said Lisa Kaplan Howe, Director of Policy and Regulation, HPPE.

Phoebe has also been instrumental in PCG’s Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and focus groups for a project supporting Oregon’s Behavioral Health Assessment. The KIIs and focus groups are emotionally charged and challenging to facilitate, as many of the interviewees and focus groups members are families of those with mental health needs who have suffered unimaginable loss. Leveraging her Master of Social Work training in trauma-informed care, Phoebe leads the KIIs and focus groups skillfully and gracefully. At the end of these sessions, interviewees and focus members always thank Phoebe for creating a safe place where they feel comfortable sharing their stories and personal experiences.

“Throughout the community engagement sessions, Phoebe always knew what to say to foster meaningful discussions in her warm and welcoming way. She made them feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Phoebe's passion for engaging and serving others is inspiring and she is truly a valued member of the HPPE Team!” said Kaitlyn Crone, Senior Consultant, HPPE.

Please join us in congratulating Phoebe on this well-deserved recognition!
