Taking the initiative with PCG Cares in May

To keep up the great momentum so far this year, PCG Cares teams in Asheville, Albany, Princeton, and Harrisburg took action in their local communities by helping those in need this May. Read on for a selection of our volunteer involvement for the month. PCG Cares Asheville joined the American Red Cross on Friday May 3, 2019, for Sound the Alarm – a home fire safety and smoke alarm installation event.

    Washington Health Care Authority selects PCG to provide technical consulting services

    The Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) selected PCG to provide technical consulting services that will help HCA deploy an enterprise data warehouse (EDW) to the cloud. PCG’s Technology Consulting and Health Services practice areas are providing services which will support HCA’s Decision Support and Analytics Infrastructure (DSAI) initiative. In turn, this will enable HCA to work with a technical implementation partner to deploy their enterprise data architecture using Amazon Web Services.

    Wisconsin Department of Health Services selects PCG to provide IV&V services

    The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) has recently selected PCG to provide Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for an independent and unbiased perspective on the progress of Wisconsin’s Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) Project, and operation of the systems and modules.

    California’s FI$Cal project experiences continued success

    Since 2010, PCG’s Technology Consulting practice has partnered with the State of California to procure and implement one of the largest public sector enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects in the nation - the Financial Information System for the State of California (FI$Cal). PCG has provided assistance with procurement, served in a technical advisory role, and currently provides independent verification and validation (IV&V) services.

    PCG selected to provide multi-year IV&V services to the Mississippi Division of Medicaid

    PCG has begun work on a new project providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services to the Mississippi Division of Medicaid (MDOM). This project, expected to span five years, is to assist MDOM with replacing its existing Medicaid Management Information Systems and Fiscal Agent Services with a modularized solution, referred to as the Modularized Medicaid Enterprise System (MMES).
