AlloCAP™ Cost Allocation Plan Software
PCG’s proprietary web-based cost allocation tool, AlloCAP™, imports agency financial and statistical information and performs cost allocations in accordance with an agency cost allocation plan. It allocates costs to benefiting programs and produces reports that show the true costs of operating programs and are used to claim administrative costs. It has been implemented by agencies across the country.
PCG’s web-based Automated Random Moment And Reporting System (ARMARS) is a secure application that allows for public agencies to administer a random moment time study (RMTS) to estimate the proportion of time workers spend on activities that may be reimbursable under programs such as Title IV-E (foster care), Title XIX (Medicaid), and Title IV-D (child support).

PCG’s proprietary web-based cost tracking tool, AlloTrac™, is used to track the time of a group of workers where random moment sampling is not feasible. It allows workers to track their time according to specified activities in specified increments. The results are used to allocate the costs of the participating workers.

PCG’s web-based child welfare case review application allows state Title IV-E agencies to administer case reviews that are structured like that of the federal Child & Family Services Review (CFSR).

PCG’s web-based random moment sampling software, EasyRMTS, is a proprietary web-based random moment sampling tool that is used to conduct statistically valid random moment time studies (RMTS) of a group of workers. It assigns a user-determined amount of surveys to a group of workers and administers the surveys via email over a sample period. The results are used to allocate the costs of the sampled workers.
TANFTrac™ - WPR Tracking Solution
TANFTrac by PCG is a federal work verification plan compliant web-based system that will improve your WPR performance by replacing your current paper timesheet process. PCG’s TANFTrac solution allows TANF recipients to log work hours on a secure Internet site, making timesheet information available to worksite supervisors, case managers, and agency statisticians.
Title IV-E Eligibility Review Tool
PCG’s web-based Title IV-E review tool mimics the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Title IV-E review tool and can be individualized to meet the needs specific to a child welfare agency.
