Revenue Optimization, Cost Settlement, and Supplemental Payment Services
We provide a full array of revenue optimization, supplemental payment program, cost reporting, and cost allocation services to local and state governments, fire departments, and ambulance service providers. We help providers optimize their revenue, maximize reimbursement, and maintain compliance. We offer services ranging from cost report preparation and audit support to statewide program administration. PCG has generated over $400 million for public EMS providers across the country through Medicaid cost recovery programs.
Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection
Beginning on January 1, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that selected providers of ground ambulance services collect and report expenditures, revenues, utilization, and other data. Our team of experts can help you navigate this new Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection and reporting process. We leverage our extensive knowledge and experience to guide our partners on allowable costs, provider charges, prospective payments, and appeals for Medicare.
Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport (ET3)
PCG can help providers leverage new care and payment options through pursuing Emergency Triage, Treat, and Transport (ET3). ET3 is a five-year CMS initiative designed to appropriately address the health care needs of Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) beneficiaries. PCG can organize strategy and lead application efforts for EMS providers in eligible counties to pursue alternative destination transports, treatment in place via telehealth, and multi-payer strategies for enhanced reimbursement rates.
